We are thrilled to announce the South African Open Dance Championships™ (SAODC™) is happening on 14-15 December 2024 in the scenic Kwazulu Natal, at the legendary D.L.I. Headquarter Board Hall, Greyville.

The Championship will be benefitting from a generous sponsorship of dance shoes / soles, costumes and other perks from HeartSoles Foundation travelling all the way from USA to Durban for the prestigious event.  

HeartSoles Foundation supports dancers, Two Soles at a time from previously disadvantaged communities. Enter the Championships to benefit from this initiative. Studios if you have dancers battling to get shoes and dance wear, you are warmly invited to enter your dancers in the true spirit of unity.

This promises to be an event filled with elegance, creativity and electrifying performances, Open to the ALL Dance Associations, allowing all dancers, regardless of Affiliation, to participate on the basis of their Freedom of Association and Freedom of Expression.

The  prestigious South African Colours will be handed out at the Official  South African Open Dance Championships™ (SAODC™).

This is the Official selection for Professionals to represent South Africa at the World Championships. Registered Amateur Championship dancers are eligible for South African Colours and can represent South Africa at the Amateur World Championships.
